Ruby chocolate is a type of chocolate that was introduced in 2017 by the Belgian chocolate manufacturer, Callebaut. (It has been over 80 years ago since a new chocolate hit the market: White Chocolate by Nestle' .) Ruby Chocolate has a beautiful red-pink color derived from the cocao beans with a fruity/tangy taste. This description of the flavor is what I think it tastes like:
“…the taste was really quite delicious – creamier than milk chocolate, less sickly than white chocolate, with just a hint of a zingy fruit-yoghurt tang.” (The Guardian)
