Not only does the name of this chocolate derive from the design, there is a thin layer of Milk Jam inside.  Milk jam is made by cooking milk and sugar until thick and the milk is slightly caramelized (condensed milk is the processed version).  The second layer is a 'dark milk' chocolate ganache.
