Celebrate the accomplishments of a graduate with these unique chocolates!  All Graduation Caps are filled with a Dark Milk filling.  A 'Dark Milk' has more cacao mass than traditional milk chocolate so the flavor is closer to a dark but has the creaminess of a milk.  And yes, the mortarboard is edible - it is made with white chocolate and colored cocoa butter.
