We have some real good friends from Argentina and they introduced us to Dulce De Leche many (many!) years ago. It is creamy and wonderful! (Dulce de leche is made from simmering milk and sugar very slowly until it turns into a creamy, caramelized substance, while caramel is made from slowly simmering water and sugar until it caramelizes.) It is paired here with a vanilla cheesecake ganache for luscious treat!
