I’ve been in need of an almond based chocolate in my selection for a long time, but I wanted to have something a little different. I debated about calling my new chocolate the Triple Almond Bliss, but settled on ‘Almond Indulgence’ because it sounds more . . . sophisticated (ha!ha!). Either way, this chocolate features almonds three ways. On the bottom is a layer of chopped roasted almonds (1st), followed by a layer of almond gianduja made from freshly ground almond butter and dark chocolate (2nd) and topped with one of the new ‘chocolates’, Valhrona’s Almond Inspiration (3rd).
